Laverne Goulbourne is the CEO, Founder and Principal Broker of LG Estates. After years of working with a variety of clients and agents conducting hundreds of rentals and sales transactions around NYC, Laverne has maintained a great reputation citywide with landlords, developers, management companies & fellow brokers. He is one of the most honest, professional, humorous, and compassionate real estate brokers around NYC.

Mr. Goulbourne worked for Morgan Stanley after completing his B.S. in Finance at the University of Bridgeport, after attending Lehigh University. He was a top producer and manager at NY Living Solutions and the Chief Operating Officer/Broker of GoldStar Properties for the past six years, engaging in an abundance of real estate transactions.

Laverne enjoys being a father of Jael Goulbourne, following brother Lance Goulbourne & the Vanderbilt Commodores, spending time with family & friends, playing basketball, outdoor activities, listening diverse genres of music, movies, reading, fine arts & dining in his spare time outside of real estate.
